Landworks Realty was founded over 10 years ago by its hands-on owner and broker Gary Emerito who has over 30 years of experience buying and selling homes in the Farmington Valley and West Hartford.

Although Landworks is a small firm, it has the capability to provide an array of specialized client services thanks, in part, to Emerito’s business partnerships with Landworks Development LLC, an award-winning property and community development firm, and C. Nelson Homes, builders of fine residential properties.

Emerito and his partners have collaborated on a number of acclaimed projects including the award-winning Bradford Walk, a community of townhome condominiums in Farmington and New Britain, and Somersby, a neighborhood of gracious homes in Farmington. Hallmarks of the firm’s construction projects are exceptional sitings on premium real estate, the finest craftsmanship and materials, state-of-the-art design and amenities, and a respect and appreciation for nature.

The Connecticut Home Builders Association has continually honored Landworks Development/C. Nelson Homes with prizes including 1995’s Best Development in Connecticut for its Cornerstone community, 2001’s Community of the Year for Somersby, 2003’s Best Traditional Community for Garden Gate, and 2004’s Best Attached Community for Bradford Walk. In 2004, the association also awarded Landworks Development LLC Developer of the Year.
